Obiekt jest ładnie położony. W najbliższej okolicy dużo atrakcji. Apartament czysty i wygodnie umeblowany. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Bardzo przyjemny ogród z bardzo przyjemnym basenem. Oczko wodne z przepięknymi, kolorowymi rybami, które można karmić karmą wystawioną obok oczka. Do dyspozycji grill i sauna. Obok grilla oddzielny budynek ze stołami, w którym można się oddać konsumpcji.
