  Lugar encantador mal conservado.

  La ubicación y el tipo de vivienda.

  El estado de conservación, no está a la altura de lo que se pretende cobrando ese importe. El pasillo necesita urgente reparación tiene una tabla levantada y en malas condiciones, que te hace tropezarse si no estás muy atento al pasar. El sofá precisa limpieza a fondo.

  Piso antiguo con excelente ubicación

  La ubicación es excelente, a 500 metros de la playa. Muy cerca del casco antiguo de la cuidad. Alojamiento amplio, con 3 baños completos, ideal para el grupo completo. Balcones al exterior en el salón comedor y buena luminosidad.

  Instalaciones mejorables. Suelo con desniveles e inclinaciones de consideración. Grietas apreciables en varias estancias y pasillo principal. Puertas con pintura desgastada. No había colgadores para las toallas de todos los huéspedes. Defectos que justificación para el buen precio en relación al buen espacio y excelente ubicación.

  La consiglio solo per la posizione. A quel prezzo mi aspetto ben altro

  Posizione favolosa, a due passi dalla concha e dal centro storico

  Prese elettriche staccate dai muri, pavimento con assi di parquet alzate, porte con vetri rotti, finestre che non si chiudono. WiFi inesistente cosi come l’assistenza

  A disappointing and overpriced stay in a poorly maintained apartment

  The location was handy, a 5 minute walk from La Concha, right on the doorstep of a shopping mall. The lounge was a pleasant enough space with plenty of natural light. Kitchen area was clean.

  Where to start? Key collection was via a vending machine around 10-15 minutes' walk away. We initially had issues accessing our key, but this was resolved with a phone call to the agency, unfortunately the first and only time they were helpful. The apartment is on the 4th floor, just off a very busy road. The stairwells are poorly lit, and the only alternative is an old, musty lift with noisy doors that have to be slammed open and shut, far from ideal when arriving late or leaving early. Soundproofing throughout the property is virtually non-existent. During our mid-August stay, which coincided with Semana Grande, we expected some noise, but were regularly disturbed by arguments in the building, late-night fights on the street below, and early morning glass recycling collections. The bedroom layout is particularly problematic. Two of the bedrooms are connected by sliding doors, offering little privacy and effectively making them one shared space. Only one of these rooms has a window, meaning ventilation for both depends on a single opening. The third bedroom overlooks an enclosed courtyard, with views limited to neighbouring washing lines. It was extremely dusty, lacked proper ventilation, and had only a frosted window with no curtain. Sleeping was uncomfortable without leaving the window open, which then exposed us to noise and light from neighbouring properties. Considering we paid over £2,000 for our stay, we asked the agency to provide fans for the bedrooms as it was stuffy and uncomfortable. This request was completely ignored. The property itself is poorly maintained, with broken windows, damaged walls, mismatched furniture, uneven flooring and worn skirting boards. Overall, it felt like a neglected property being used solely to generate income, with little concern for guests' comfort or experience. Avoid!
