    Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worthy of a 5-Star Rating Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were not clean at all, and the floors were so dirty that it felt as though they had not been cleaned properly in a long time. The bathrooms were equally unhygienic, and even the towels appeared unwashed, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the staff were not particularly polite or courteous, adding to an already unpleasant experience. The overall standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality were nowhere near what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. It is difficult to understand how this property carries a 5-star rating given the poor standards we experienced. A very disappointing stay, and certainly not a hotel I would recommend.
