    - The staff is very welcoming and friendly. - The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Ueno Station, Ueno Park, and Ameyoko Market. It’s also very convenient for getting around Tokyo by metro. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, while the surrounding area is surprisingly quiet. - The room was elegant and very clean and the bed was comfortable. - The breakfast is excellent, especially if you want to experience a traditional Japanese breakfast. It’s a great way to start the day. - The hotel offers bike rentals at a low price, which is a great option for exploring the surrounding area and getting around more conveniently.

    Overall pretty good. The location makes up for what is a fairly basic hotel

    Great location, between 2 metro lines. Friendly staff. However, the room was fairly basic and rather small
