The location was great close to Ponte vecchio and restaurants. The room was very pretty.
I would have given it a 10 but for these 3 details that could be easily fixed: They could not provide us with extra pillows. That was a first for us. The plugs for the microwave and toaster did not work. We had to move them to the counter. One chair was broken and pinched my thigh badly. I left a note for them on that chair to remove it.

Defekter Kühlschrank
Die Lage ist wunderbar. Bei einem Stromausfall hat die Verwaltung schnell reagiert, in kürzester Zeit war ein Elektriker da.
Die Einrichtung ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Der Kühlschrank ist kaputt (kühlt überhaupt nicht und war später Ursache für einen Stomausfall), die Bestätigung dass ein Ersatz vom Eigentümer bestellt wurde ist kein Trost, wenn nach 4 Tagen immer noch nichts passiert ist. Ob er tatsächlich ausgetauscht wird, ist mir unbekannt. Wir mussten zuvor gekaufter Fleisch, Käse und Wurst weggwerfen, kalte Getränke waren natürlich auch nicht möglich. Die Piezo-Elemente am Gasherd sind alle defekt, freundlicherweise hat der Elektriker ein Feuerzeug da gelassen. Die Stühle sind teilweise gebrochen mit scharfen Kanten, tragen aber noch das Gewicht von Erwachsenen

Muy buena ubicación instalaciones a mejorar
La ubicación al centro histórico, lugar tranquilo.
Habían muebles muy deteriorados, mesa rota y sillas quebradas, no estaban todos lus utensilios para 3 personas, solo 2 vasos y 2 tazas.
