    An enjoyable overnight stay and would recommend to others.

    Close location to ferry terminal. Very comfortable room with hot shower. Good restaurant and Friday steak night special is exceptional value.

    All good, no issues.

    Great place to stay after visiting the Orkneys and heading on to Inverness

    Location was perfect for us, about 20 minutes from the ferry from the Orkneys, and easy access to the road to Inverness. We stayed in the Dale across from with the restaurant and carpark outside with no steps. Wonderful cooked breakfast, generous serves. Great staff and fast, reliable charger in the carpark for your EV. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beautiful old building surrounded by beautiful old buildings. Great value.

    Very comfortable.

    The room was large and well furnished. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a good mixture of continental and cooked options. Location was very nice by the river in the village but a little off the NC500 route.

    At breakfast it would have been nice to have a little more selection of cereals and pastries and maybe more cut fruit.

    Good location for visiting John o Groats and Wick etc

    very friendly staff, great location, good food in the bar and restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel
