    Ya han pasado casi dos semanas desde mi estancia y, lamentablemente, todavía no he recibido la factura. Les he escrito cuatro veces por correo electrónico. Me he comunicado con ustedes a través de booking.com e incluso los he llamado varias veces. Lamentablemente, sigo sin recibir respuesta de su parte. Ya me he hospedado en muchos Uliv y, hasta ahora, siempre he quedado muy satisfecho. Por eso, lamentablemente, esta fue la última vez. Era muy ruidoso y, lamentablemente, la limpieza tampoco era muy buena
