Wonderful location and staff. We recommend an upper-level unit for a quieter stay and less noise.
Extraordinary location and wonderful staff! Daniel and Fernanda were especially kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel very well taken care of and made our stay truly enjoyable.
We loved our stay overall and would recommend choosing an upper-level unit for a quieter experience not having the patio gathering. However we still were able to here the people next to us

Extraordinary location and wonderful staff! Daniel and Fernanda were especially kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made us feel very well taken care of and contributed greatly to our positive experience.
The main issue was the lack of sound insulation between units. We could hear our neighbor snoring, talking, and playing music and TV from 6 a.m. until sometimes 1 a.m. The downstairs patio units offer very little noise isolation, which made it difficult to rest.

This ULIV Location and Apartments are Great For a First Time Visit to Mexico City
We so appreciated the warm welcome from Fernanda and how accommodating everyone was. We drink drip coffee and there was a pod coffeemaker in the 2 bdroom apt we had. Fernanda was kind enough to have that switched out for a drip coffemaker. There was also a lightbulb needed for a bedside lamp and it was delivered the same day. The location is great! Barely a block off the main shopping and dining street, Presidente Masaryk in Polanco. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Easy for the Uber drivers to find. The showers were quickly hot with great water pressure and the beds were comfy. A/C units in bedrooms as well as the living room. Netflix and other streamers on the flat screens. ULIV-Parque Lincoln is everything you could need for a long weekend in Mexico City.
We can't think of anything, they even had starters of sugar and tea in the kitchen. Maybe an extra, empty, trash bag might be helpful for longer stays but that's a suggestion, not a criticism. The place was more than adequately equipped for a comfortable stay.
