    We had a great family holiday and would visit again.

    Easy check in. Spacious apartment. Clean and tidy. Balcony overlooking the ocean. Friendly and helpful staff on reception happy to answer questions.

    No swimming pool being available.

    Unsatisfactory

    Location is great.

    The fact that there is no pool. We were there with 3 small children and a pool at the venue is an essential. At no stage did we receive notification that the pool facilities were unavailable. It was only in the fine print after we had booked through Booking.com that we were notified of the fact. The booking was not refundable either. Cheers Ultiqa and Booking.com.
