    Steer Clear - This Apartment Has Many Issues

    The size of the apartment was excellent for accomodating 8 people. Separate bathrooms for each room is very convenient. Yasmine was kind and did her best despite the company she works for is a terrible host.

    I do not recommend this property or any property owned by My Greek Vacations. First of all, this apartment is located above a restaurant, which I wish I had known prior to booking. The first morning of our stay I was met with a cockroach in the bathroom and we had an ant infestation in the other rooms. Maintenance did come and spray, however the ant issue persisted throughout our stay. More importantly, there was a serious problem with the pipes in two of the bathrooms, causing a water leak into the restaurant below. This resulted in the water being turned off to our apartment multiple times (without advance notice) and us losing access to two of the bathrooms, a huge selling point of the apartment. The general construction and maintentance of the property is very low quality, as we had several minor issues like dirty floors, unkept terrace, broken shower doors and so on. After our water was shut off for the second time--three days into our stay--we complained and the host offered to move us into a different property. We ended up leaving the second property as well, as we were met with an extreme stench of vomit in the apartment coming from several puddles around the apartment. I wish I was joking. This company, My Greek Vacations, has done a horrendous job maintaining their properties and I do not recommend anyone book any stay with them.
