Needs a bit of TLC but good value and location

Good location but it’s up 14 flights of stairs or use a small lift

Needs some finishing touches. The sofa bed is broken and only 2 small towels in the property. Could be a really great place with a few attention to detail adjustments

There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The bed in the bedroom was fine, but the one in the living room was very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the accommodation left much to be desired; there was mold on the bathroom wall. The location of the property is very good. I understand that the price is not very high, but that does not, in my view, justify the lack of cleanliness.
