Passable but needs a good deep clean,
Location, pool was cleaned daily .
Needs a deep clean, it felt very dirty and everything needed a good scrub, the doors doesn’t feel very secure, we slept with the chair up against the door! I wouldn’t recommend if you were a solo female traveller. The safe can just about fit your passport and wallet, rooms need brighter lights in bathroom. Not stained sheets. Needs a lot of TLC. Passable for the price, it’s not somewhere you want to be hanging out in your room. But there is a lot to see in the town. They also don’t provide hand soap but still have Covid 19 signs saying to wash your hands. I asked for soap and was told to use shampoo. I went and brought my own soap,I asked for more hangers and was told no. The staff weren’t helpful at all. I wouldn’t recommend but if you’re on a tight budget it’s passable

Overall for the price it’s worth it but you get what you pay for.

Booked 3 rooms- one was a room with 2 beds, arrived to 1 bed. Had to explain that we needed 2 beds, which after some back and forward they changed. Another room was booked for 1 bed, and got 2 beds together to make a “king bed” which was annoying because they had separate bedding and wasn’t good for the couple staying in there. No hot water! Literally had 1 minute of hot water and then nothing for over 24hrs. We were travelling in a group and everyone was the same with no hot water. Breakfast- starts at 7.30am, we had to leave by 8am to go to atv adventure and pre ordered our breakfast to be ready at 7.30. Waited until 8.15 and still no breakfast! Asked if they could give fruit takeaway to take with us to give us something to eat which they did.
