Superb location and facilities
Location was great. Room layout was good and liked the added facilities of being able to use washing/drying facilities on site. Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere both in the room and seating area within hotel lobby. Staff very helpful throughout.
Nothing not to like!

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Breakfast options were limited although nice. Room was compact with limited storage but similar to other Japanese hotels in this price range.

Ok location, clean but not in prefect condition
The location is 10 mins walking to a very large public transportation hub. The neighbourhood does have restaurants and shops, but there are many female companions nearby and it's not as sparkling clean as Tokyo. It's safe though, even at night.
The hotel is nice, but quite worn and the room has large beds and wet room, but narrow corridors so it was hard to open our large suitcases.
