Birthday weekend ruined
The place was clean and neat
The booking itself, My Birthday and birthday weekend was ruined. I made the booking at booking.com. Firstly when we got to the place we did not have an access code, which was meant to be sent via email with the rest of the booking details. Secondly when we eventually got to our room, the lockbox code was incorrect. When I tried to call the son of the owner, his number went straight to voicemail. I went to the reception to get assistance, at the reception the receptionist could not assist me instantly because the apartment is not listed under Glorystar. The receptionist ended up calling his manager for assistance. Eventually I was assisted after I went through alot of emotional distress. I booked the place for my birthday weekend celebration. We ended up being late to my restaurant reservation. Apparently the owner and her son are fighting over the listing of that apartment, Booking.com please remove the apartment from your listing because it will make a bad name for booking.com. it felt like I was being scammed, that whole ordeal ruined my day. A day of celebration was ruined because Booking.com does not verify and make sure that the places that are in their listing are not properly vetted.

Idiot of a host
Nothing
Ddnt get to enter the property because the host never bothered to update their details and they ddnt provide us with an access code do we couldn't get into the property.we paid in full and could contact the host as they were overseas.we were left with nowhere to stay and couldn't get a refund because of an unprofessional and stupid host that listed their property with old contact details that ddnt work.idiot!
