    Ci hanno causato un grande disagio

    Ho prenotato la struttura che risultava regolarmente disponibile su Booking al mattino presto per la sera stessa, non ricevendo le informazioni per il check in ho scritto al proprietario sia tramite la piattaforma che al cellulare disponibile senza ricevere risposta. Mi ha poi chiamato solo nel pomeriggio per dirmi che l’appartamento non era disponibile chiedendomi di cancellare la prenotazione che ovviamente risultava non più con cancellazione gratuita, fortunatamente non l’ho fatto e ho scritto a Booking altrimenti starei ancora aspettando invano un rimborso
