    Great location. You can get anywhere walking. Clean and cozy.

    It’s very good for one person or for a couple. Great location. You can get anywhere walking. Clean and cozy. Exterior with ventilation and plenty of light. If the weather is bad you can use heating. Very easy check in and check out. I recommend it.

    The washing machine can’t be used because the door doesn’t close at all (maybe because it’s broken lock) The coffee machine is for a filter coffee but the glass jug is cracked and some coffee is leaking, and it may break completely. Be careful when using it.

    Muy mal, lugar no apto para turismo

    La ducha

    La escala deteriorada y peligrosa no apta para un apartamento de turismo. SEGUNDO PISO sin elevador. Hay que subir maletas en una escala deteriorada. No puede ser utilizado por personas de tercera edad, o con movilidad disminuida. El trato poco amable del personal La falta de elementos básicos (papel higiénico) Esta ubicado cerca del paseo Del Prado, pero en unas callejuelas en un cerro. Además el estudio es minusculo

    Buen ubicado pero ruidoso

    El alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación. Está centrico y bien comunicado. Tiene cerca metros, la estación de Atocha, el Padro, restaurantes... El alojamiento és pequeño pero está muy bien equipado. No le falta de nada. El acceso es sencillo y se valora positivamente que puedas llegar a cualquier hora. Estaba bastante límpio. El alojamiento está bien si vas de paso, para 1 noche o 2.

    Des de la habitación se escucha todo lo que pasa en la calle y eso ha impedido que podamos dormir bien. Os recomiendo llevar tapones. Al no tener persianas también entra mucha luz. El baño es pequeño y si eres un poco grande la taza del váter resulta incómoda para hacer tus necesidades.

    Le damos un 6 pero con algunos cambios estaría mejor

    Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación, es buena, se puede ir andando al Retiro, a Atocha, etc.

    Lo que menos nos gustó es que la habitación estudio de la planta 2 derecha no tiene aire acondicionado, sólo un ventilador de escritorio bastante ruidoso. La cama es estrecha y las almohadas muy incómodas.
