Bello, comodo, relax
08.08.2025: Ampio appartamento piano terra fronte strada, all'interno la struttura ricorda un trullo, ben arredato, soffitti alti. Poco fuori dal centro storico (meglio muoversi a piedi, è quasi tutto area pedonale). Silenzioso, pulito, Wi-Fi molto buono. Molti armadi comodi per riporre i bagagli. Coffee machine buona. Camera da letto separata con una tenda dal salotto cucina, dove un ampio tavolo da pranzo troneggia. Bagno forse poco illuminato. Letto a baldacchino. Aria condizionata efficace SE chiudete la finestra sopra la porta.
Solo qualche pecca: il MATERASSO e la reta del letto non sono comodi, molto morbidi. Scarsa illuminazione nel BAGNO (che non è finestrato, ma si sapeva, idem per il fatto che la camera non ha finestre). PARCHEGGIO su strada, libero nei pressi ma non sempre facile trovare uno slot libero. La SPA, ubicata al piano inferiore (senza finestre, interrata, con una stretta scaletta per scendere) porta umidità al piano superiore dov'è la camera (perchè la SPA ha una vasca idromassaggio piena d'acqua, dimensioni 2x1,5mt). LETTO a baldacchino, bello, scenografico ma poco utile a mio parere.

Location was excellent, all the small extras on arrival, water, milk for coffee and tea, I can’t forget to mention the cake, I ate it all !! Spa was good fun, especially after a day in the sun, owner was first class and so helpful in getting in early and also gave us a ride to the next town.
I can’t fault anything, first class.

L’endroit qu’il faut réserver si vous allez à Martina Franca
Le gîte est absolument magnifique, rien ne manque. Il est situé à quelques pas à pied du centre historique de Martina Franca qui est absolument fabuleux surtout le dimanche soir. Le propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse et très à l’écoute. Il fait l’effort de parler français. Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits et pour notre dernier petit déjeuner il nous a apporté 2 gâteaux de la pâtisserie
Tout était parfait donc rien de négatif
