    Clean, convenient and comfortable.

    The apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen had an induction hob, oven, kettle and the utensils we needed. The Nespresso machine available in the hallway was a particularly welcome addition. The internet and smart TV worked very well. The location was convenient, within walking distance of both the railway station and the historic centre, with bus stops nearby. Once we received the entry instructions by email, self check-in was straightforward. We would happily stay again.

    The pillows were a little too flat for my preference. A warmer duvet or an additional blanket would have been welcome, as I felt chilly towards morning. The heating was not switched on during our stay; we did not establish whether it could be activated. We had to message to request the entry instructions and wait briefly for them. Sending these in advance would have made arrival smoother. The floor was still wet when we entered, apparently following cleaning. A microwave would also have been useful for reheating food and milk for the Nespresso.

    L’organizzazione della camera.

    Avevamo pagato il supplemento per avere una camera con due letti e invece ci siamo ritrovati a dormire su un letto e un divano letto. Il supplemento è stato successivamente rimborsato poco prima del pernotto, ma era troppo tardi per prenotare un’altra struttura. Lo scarico della doccia era tappato e durante la doccia si è allagato il bagno. Comunicato tutto ma non ci è stato dato riscontro.
