    Very welcoming

    Very attentive staff, fantastic room (I think we were lucky to have a corner room - it was big!). I lost an earring down the sink and they had the maintenance chap fish it out within a couple of hours which was much appreciated.

    Would have liked to have been told that our bedding and towels would not be changed for the week - I guess we were meant to ask for them to be changed. It wasn’t a problem though - good to know we helped the environment.
