Loved it!
Loved being on the heads, and having free access to the Kayaks and stand up paddle boards. My two teenage girls LOVED it! Loved the high quality of kitchen equipment in our cabin, and how sweet it was. Will have to make use of the braai next time :)

Fabulous location, staff and facilities
We had a wonderful stay right on the water at Under Milkwood Chalets. Having the beach out front and kayaks to use was a highlight which the whole family loved, and the outlook from our deck was beautiful. Housekeeping tidied our room to perfection each day, and it was impeccably clean. They even left us a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. Laundry is done off site for a very small price, which was fantastic. The staff were accommodating and went above and beyond: I left some clothes in the wardrobe, and they happily couriered them to my next hotel. The showers had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we used the stove and braai. Instant coffee is provided, or there's a cafe up the road for a proper cup. We also enjoyed borrowing DVDs from reception. Pizza e Vino, the restaurant up the road, was fabulous. We dined there three times, with fantastic food and great service, and it's wonderful to have something so good within walking distance. We also walked up to the heads, a short uphill climb with a beautiful outlook, which we'd highly recommend. We felt completely safe exploring on our own. We'd love to visit again and highly recommend it.
The only downside is that the beds are quite short. At about 170 cm tall, our feet hung over the edge.
