An excellent do-it-yourself stay
We loved staying here for many reasons: excellent location, literally steps to Roman ruins, a 16th C. mosque, a long pedestrian street, cafes and restaurants. (Be sure to explore the nearby Kapana area for great meals.) It's in a very quiet area; however, the occasional loud voices in the small park across the way woke us sometimes. The breakfast at the bakery next door is ample. We typically had sandwiches, cappuccino, and yogurt drinks, served by super-friendly staff. Thanks, Karolina and others. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. It's a DIY kind of place -- we had to put the duvet cover on when we first arrived, and no one tells you that you have to check in at the bakery to get your keys. That said, the shortcoming are relatively unimportant given the many pleasures of this place.
There were a few minor issues that kept this score from being a 10: no hanging rod for clothes in the closet; one window blind wasn't working; the shower floods the whole bathroom (no divider to contain the water), although the floor dries pretty quickly.

Lovely bakery for breakfast, although small everything ok, we were left 2 teabags but no cutlery
