    Nice place to stay to experience the good Rio vibes

    The apartment is comfortable, has good vibes and a beautiful view.

    Communication with Unhotel was messy.

    The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and bright. The host is always available and resolves any potential issues quickly. In our case, the Wi-Fi wasn't working when we arrived, but it was fixed very promptly. The neighborhood is lovely, but it is not close to the beach, supermarkets, or restaurants, as clearly stated in the listing. That didn't bother us. The biggest downside is the cleanliness. The large windows, which are one of the apartment's best features, were extremely dirty. The sofa had visible stains, and there was an old, dirty blanket on the bed. The showerheads were covered with limescale, and using the shower caused water to splash all over the bathroom. These are not major issues, but considering that the apartment is not inexpensive, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.

    They just need to improve the cleanliness, and the apartment would be perfect.
