Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers under Special Requests box. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Please note that cruise itineraries, activities and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Refund policies are to communicate directly with the property. Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise at least 7 days before departure.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Staff were amazing, all the staff on board were super friendly and helpful. Our your guide Quang was the best! Really personable and helpful and informative. This was my second time at Ha Long bay and this cruise was 1000x better than my first experience! Food was great, the room was amazing, and the activities were excellent! We had the bay to ourselves most of the time and the same with the activities! It was so much nicer than the main ha Long bay boat tour I've done before. Better than I could have imagined, definitely worth it to do the 2 nights! Highly recommend!!!

Amazing cruise in a small group, food was delicious and quack quack was a fabulous guide.. Scenery was amazing, cooking class, motorbike ride, chilling out and breathing in the amazing air and limestone. Kayaking and swimming in the waters nearby where always monitored too ensure safety of everyone. Would definitely recommend been be to others.

Disappointing
Nothing - No wifi and no TV with satellite channels even though it is advertised. The internet tower was lost 3 yrs ago in a storm so i was told when I complained
The food was poor quality for example the pork skewers were thinly sliced pork belly fat and no choice in excursions only kayaking round a large rock and the second day no choice again just a visit to a village to view some cows in a field followed by a shot of snake wine and a foot massage by some fish and all with the feeling of being rushed. Also No wifi and no TV with satellite channels even though it is advertised! A fridge was provided but it did not work!

Ein einmaliges und unvergessliches Erlebnis
Es war ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Ersteinmal vielen Dank an Louis unseren Reiseführer, er war mega ... Und dann an die gesamte Crew,vom Schiff, sowas von freundlich und zuvorkommend haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir sind wirklich viel unterwegs. Das Essen mega, leckere Cocktails zu fairen Preisen, der Service, die Zimmer ... Kajak fahren hat super Spaß gemacht ....und jetzt kommt es...Biking und Hiking ....man muss schon echt fit sein, aber danach wird man echt mit einem tollen Ausblick belohnt. Macht es !!!
