    Not a great experience, got locked in the bathroom for 20 mins because the bathroom door jammed and stopped working. After being rescued by staff

    Overnight stay for niece's 21st party

    Excellent value for money, cheerful friendly staff (Paula in particular worth a mention), room comfortable, clean and tidy with good facilities and towels. A little worn and shabby in the public areas.

    Really comfortable beds and clean room. good location overlooking the Trent and lovely riverside walks. Didnt have a room at the front so our view was of the air conditioning unit, so not to good. rooms at the front would have great views. Good indiand restaurant nearby. For what we paid I was well satisfied and would stay again
