    Die Lage hat mir besonders gefallen, das Frühstück und die Ruhe.

    Das was mir nicht gefallen hat ist dass man keine Chance hatte, einen Tisch im Restaurant zu reservieren, ständig stand da "für den ausgewählten Zeitraum keinen Tisch frei". Essen aufs Zimmer hat auch nicht funktioniert. Schade.

    Great location but the organisation and personnel need some work.

    The hotel is around 5 minutes by foot from the Unirii square, so the location was nice. The room was clean, spacious and well maintained.

    Unfortunately it was the small things that made our stay less pleasant. Upon check-in, we were given a card room key that didn’t work. We went upstairs with all our luggage to discover that the key wasn’t functioning, so my friend had to drop all the luggage and go downstairs to get a new normal key. (Why couldn’t they just give us both from the get go if it’s a known problem - according to them). Once we were in, we realized it was the wrong room. We explicitly booked a twin room with two separated beds but were given one room with a queen bed. So we had to go to the reception with our whole luggage again to ask for a new room. The breakfast also was a weird affair. They had no milk near the cereals station and if you wanted any, you had to ask the barman for it, which is very unusual and inconvenient for any introvert. When I pointed it out, I was very rudely sent away by the personnel. They were also unfriendly to my friend that had breakfast after me.
