Substandard Cleanliness & Unresponsive Service – Forced to Relocate
Nothing.
Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property due to significant hygiene issues upon check-in. The apartment was not adequately cleaned for new guests—we encountered an unclean toilet, hair inside furniture, and poorly maintained amenities. Given that we were traveling with our family, this was completely unacceptable, and we felt forced to leave immediately and book a hotel elsewhere for the night. Photos of the issues were taken on site. Sadly, neither the host nor Booking.com provided a satisfactory solution or refund, despite the clear evidence of the property's condition. I strongly advise prospective guests, especially families, to consider other options.

Отличная квартира с хорошо и современно обставлена.
Большая, просторная квартира, отличные кровати, всё есть для полноценного проживания!
Всего 1 ключ, что очень не удобно. В ванной комнате нет вешалок для душевых полотенец.
