    Not what we expected

    I spent 6 hours trying to find someone to book us into the property most of our day!

    No soap in the kitchen or bathrooms no toiletries in the bathroom and very dated. It was chaos trying to get someone to check us into the room and we never received a parking fab so we had to leave our car in valet from being booked at the hotel for previous days. Booking.com was nothing short of a miracle to get ahold of by phone and when I did I had to give the Ritz staff my personal cell phone to have and speak to them for over an hour because Ritz staff was not answering. Horrible service from the management company for sure, but Ritz staff as well
