  Definitely worth the stay, just bring ear plugs if you like a lie-in!

  The location, how homely it was, how much space there was, and how communicative and friendly the hosts were.

  Perfect location in a super clean apartment with a few points which I am sure will be addressed.

  The description is accurate, you are staying in a "Unique Apartment", we felt like we were staying in someone's home, which I am sure, some people would love. The owner, Jasmina, was lovely, incredibly helpful and kind. There are 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment and no lift, but we knew this. What we didn't think about was that we should have taken a taxi from the train station - the walk was longer than we realised with luggage and the train station was under going major renovation so no lifts etc. This had us arriving at the apartment exhausted from the heat and the effort. Jasmina was lovely, she carried our heavy bag up all those stairs for us and we were very very grateful. The location is perfect. The layout and the architectural design features of the apartment are lovely - lots of wooden beams and interesting windows. We found the apartment to be very quiet. Some people have commented that the church bells are very loud and continuous from early in the morning, which they are, but we are up early so quite enjoyed them. We appreciated all the guide books and pamphlets of things to do. Jasmina was a whatsapp message away and we really appreciated her care and professionalism in making sure we were comfortable. Re value for money - the apartment is geared up for 6-8 people and we were only 2 people. This made it expensive for us and perhaps we could have asked if there was a better rate for only 2 people - that is on us, not on the owners. Wifi was very good. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Leave your shoes at the door - the floors are super clean.

  As mentioned, we felt like we were staying in someone's home. There was no hanging or drawer space for us. No hangers for our clothes. Nowhere in the kitchen cupboards to put any of our food, though the fridge was empty and available for us. In chatting to Jasmina, she agreed that there is a lot of ornaments and dried flowers which detracts from the beauty of the apartment. We appreciated the washing machine, one of the reasons we booked the apartment, but again so much personal stuff in the way to access it. We didn't like the bed linen, a mix of poly cotton sheets well used by the family. Again, may not be important to most, but when renting an apartment, white bed linen is much nicer. It's not easy to write anything negative as I believe Jasmina genuinely wants to make everyone feel welcome. I think she will take these comments on and they are no reason not to book this apartment.

  Perfect location and ideal for a family of 5 like us. Plenty of space, well-equiped bathrooms and kitchen.

  Ideal location, Lovely host.

  There was nothing we did not like.
