    A small flat for the price of a hotel room

    Good value for Brighton. For price of a hotel room we had a kitchen sitting / eating area. Not huge and next to the bed but for £150 a night it was way better than staying in a hotel room closer to town (it is a 15 min walk into town but that’s was fine for us).

    They had an outdoor seating area but it wasn’t very nice and could have been loads better with just a bit of effort. A missed opportunity to make the place better.

    Lovely weekend break

    Lovely little flat, enough space for two adults. Walking distance to beach and shops/restaurants. Hosts were really helpful and easy to contact when needed. Mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Bed was really comfy, had a great night sleep.

    This is really nitpicking, but the body towels were quite small. Some milk in the fridge would have been handy, but thankfully the shops aren't far and the weather was fine to walk there and back.

    On a hill. The Murphy bed. Furniture very basic not very comfortable
