    Peaceful , relaxing but pretty much empty at this time of the year .

    The property was really clean and the wood decor inside made it really homely and warm . The owners were very good at getting in touch and give us all the details needed before our arrival . The place was equipped with care and we could not fault it ( coffee, tea, fairy liquid, tea towels, kitchen rolls and more …).

    The site itself could do with an upgrade. There was only one slot available for the swimming pool as , due to staff shortage, the pool was closed Sunday and Monday . There is no arcade although there is a sign directing you to it . If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place to be , but be aware that there are no much activities you can do in the site but you can take a drive to Stranear or Girvan .

    It is cosy and comfortable for a caravan, and kids loved it.

    It seemed like either the oven wasn't working or we didn't know how to use it. So, unfortunately, we couldn't use it.

    Nothing. Site facilities not open till about 3pm, but that didn't bother us
