⭐ **Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend** We booked a home through Unique Home CBD Bendigo for 5–6 September specifically because we needed a kitchen to prepare our own meals. We were travelling with our little one, who has food allergies, so having access to a kitchen was very important to us. We carefully chose and booked this accommodation based on that requirement. On 5 September, around 12:00 pm, we contacted the host, as previously discussed, to let her know that we would be arriving around 1:00 pm. The host then called us and told us that the person who had been staying at the property had not moved out yet and that she had not had time to clean the house because she was busy. We were then offered another property, which we initially agreed to because we had already travelled to Bendigo with our little one and did not want to be left without accommodation. However, the alternative accommodation was also unable to accommodate us. As a result, **we ultimately could not stay with them at all and were left without the accommodation we had booked.** This was extremely stressful and upsetting, particularly because we were travelling with a young child and had specifically booked a property with a kitchen so that we could safely prepare his food. Because of this situation, we were unable to use the accommodation we had carefully chosen for our family's needs and had to deal with the added stress of finding somewhere else to stay at the last minute. We had made a confirmed booking and communicated our expected arrival time in advance. We expected the property to be available, clean and ready for check-in. Instead, we were told at the last minute that the original property was unavailable, and even the alternative offered to us could not accommodate us. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience.

Very disappointed
It looked lovely from the outside and the location was good.
The property was full of clutter there were no internal walls separating the bedrooms just a screen. Not sure the linen was fresh there were holes in the sheets. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower did not have a light.
