    Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage war für uns prima.

    Die Küche ist etwas eng. Der Parkplatz ist nur für Autos bis 1.5 m höhe.

    Die Lage war super, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.

    Leider hat die Unterkunft nicht unserer Vorstellung von Sauberkeit entsprochen. Vor allem war der Boden dreckig und klebrig und es hat bei unserer Ankunft in der Wohnung nach Rauch gerochen. Nach dem Lüften war es dann okay, allerdings nicht akzeptabel für eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Aus der Kaffeemaschine ist uns noch eine alte gebrauchte Kapsel entgegengesprungen und die Spülmaschine war leider auch nicht ausgeräumt. Aus diesen Gründen leider keine Unterkunft, die wir nochmal buchen würden.

    Ruhige, gut gelegen Wohnung um Ulm am Wochenende zu erkunden

    Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, ruhig und gut zu Fuß aus der Stadt zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief gut und reibungslos.

    Leider roch es in der Küche nach Zigaretten. Dafür können die Vermieter nichts, da überall zu lesen ist, das Rauchen verboten ist. Da die Küche für eine Gruppe sehr eng ist, wären Balkon Möbel und ein Zimmer mit einer Sitzecke schön gewesen.
