  Alojamiento con falta de limpieza y mantenimiento

  Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue bastante negativa. Teníamos una reserva para dos noches, pero debido a las condiciones de la vivienda y, especialmente, a los problemas respiratorios que me provocaron el polvo y el fuerte olor a casa antigua y cerrada, nos vimos obligados a quedarnos solo una noche y marcharnos antes de lo previsto. Nada más entrar, la casa tenía un fuerte olor a casa antigua y poco ventilada, y encontramos bastante polvo y suciedad. En la fotografía de la alfombra de la entrada se puede apreciar claramente la suciedad acumulada. También encontramos varios problemas de mantenimiento: la ventana de la cocina no tenía manilla y no cerraba, y por todas las ventanas entraba aire, ya que son muy antiguas y no cerraban correctamente. En cuanto a la puerta principal, solo disponía del cerrojo de la parte inferior y no tenía el cerrojo de la parte superior. Además, la cerradura estaba sujeta de una forma muy precaria, incluso con una venda, algo que nos sorprendió y que no transmite sensación de seguridad. También había diferentes zonas con madera deteriorada, suciedad acumulada y desperfectos, tal y como se puede comprobar en las fotografías. La fotografía donde se observa suciedad negra corresponde a la zona de la ducha. Para una persona con problemas respiratorios, como es mi caso, estas condiciones hicieron que me encontrara mal durante la estancia y que no pudiéramos disfrutar de la segunda noche que teníamos reservada. Considero que el alojamiento necesita una limpieza profunda, buena ventilación y un mantenimiento importante antes de recibir huéspedes. Las fotografías muestran el estado en el que encontramos la vivienda.

  Could not have been worse. Don't believe the listing.

  So bad. We left after two hours. It was not as advertised and because of this was no good for us.

  Not as advertised, so completely useless for us. I have requested a full refund.

  We liked the location; we stayed for just one night, and since we were exploring Sintra the following day, we had to move our car early in the morning while parking elsewhere was still easy. Had we left Sintra by 3 p.m.—before the next guests arrived—we could have used the on-site parking, but that wasn't in our plans... The dehumidifier worked very well. The kitchen was well-equipped and matched the description. The apartment features a unique, artistic interior design. Windows to the garden...

  The introductory video is great for the first 20 seconds, how to recognize the park spot, open the front door and switch on the dehumidifier. The rest is almost not true, so I recommend changing it. Avoid expectations of certain equipment introduced in the video.

  The location was the best part of this place

  There was mold all over the shower, the automatic doors did not unlock when you were inside so you had to force the door open. The place smelled extremely of dampness.
