  Lovely garden, 10 minute walk to the sea, rockey beach.

  Uncomfortable sofa's in the lounge, the pool needs attention my husband and son both cut their feet on the missing tiles.

  Mixed feelings.

  Great location, perfect for a short walk to town in the evening. Large house with access to the garden from every room. Lovely gardens and a nice roof terrace, although a shame the BBQ up there is no longer usable.

  The pool needs quite a bit of maintenance. Lots of missing tiles and where they are missing there appears to be mould growing under the water somehow! Didn't stop us using it but it wasn't ideal. 3 of the sliding doors did not lock properly, the owner did offer to send a door specialist but we didn't want the inconvenience of having work done during our short break. The driveway gates are automatic but broken so we had to park our rental car on the street.

  Lovely relaxing villa in Latchi

  Great size, very private, lovely roof deck with view to the sea

  There had been a water leak so kitchen had a musty damp smell. Hot water is a little scarce for showering in the morning, guess until the solar builds up. Some of the woodwork is a little tired but has the potential to be stunning. The pool with its green tiles doesn’t give a good first impression that’s clean water but it is.
