Wonderful getaway location! Perfect for solo travelers and small families/groups.
Everything was comfortable, clean, and wonderful! The host even has some food storage containers which was great for my leftovers and whatnot. The view from the porch is as good as you hope it is. The locations is very convenient and very easy to get to. Definitely has room for at least 2 cars to park.
I struggled a bit with that lock box. It would be better to have a keypad on the door. At the very least, something that doesn't take 8 tries to get into and then put back together on both sides of the trip. Also, the laundry leaked a little even on the "small" load setting. Nothing too horrible, but wanted to pass that along as warning. Also, there are zero spices (except for sugar and creamer), so if you are planning to cook, make sure you buy some!

Cute little house. Nice kitchen, comfortable living room. Upstairs bedrooms. Plenty of linens, cookware.
Washing machine leaked so we could not do laundry (minor). Ice melt frozen and parking area/walkways were very slippery from ice. We ended up buying our own icemelt to use for safety.

Wonderful place to take a few days off and play in the White Mountains!
Convenient (about 30 minute drive) from hikes we planned to do. Ten minute walk (down hill) to restaurants. Nice views from porch in the evenings. Clean and comfortable for one couple and up to two other adults. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. Hot chocolate and K-cup coffee provided.
A card table for board games would have been nice. Perhaps we should have packed our own!

Great location, good value
Great location, perfect for visiting Mt. Washington and the surrounding area. Berlin is a small town but has a good grocery store, gas station etc. The house is on a relatively busy road but got quiet at night. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer worked great. House was clean.
Bathroom door is slightly warped so doesn't close completely. Sofa in sitting area is not comfortable. Neither of these were issues for our group but might be for others
