    The terrace is the standout feature of this apartment, but that's where the positives end!

    If you're choosing accommodation based solely on the terrace, you'll love it. If you also like air conditioning, functioning plumbing and responsive customer service, keep looking.

    The terrace is the apartment's best feature, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. We were notified the day before arrival that the air conditioning was broken and received little support when trying to discuss our options. The apartment felt tired, not particularly clean, and in need of refurbishment. We also experienced ongoing plumbing issues, including a toilet that never worked properly despite a repair visit. While €130 compensation was eventually offered, it felt inadequate given the lack of air conditioning, maintenance problems, and poor communication. Overall, this property did not offer good value for money and I would not stay here again

    Terrible

    IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CHASE AFTER YOUR DEPOSIT, DON'T STAY HERE!!! Nobody will answer you!!! When we checked in, they told us they would refund the €750 deposit the day after our departure, but when we contacted them on the third day, they were still talking about a lost key. Upon arrival, a staff member named Carlos checked our passports, collected the deposit, and handed us a set of keys. When we asked him about it upon departure, he wrote that we could leave the key on the table. We did as he said. Three days later, I contacted them, but Carlos inexplicably told us we needed to contact the main agency. I contacted the main agency but received no response. If you don't want your vacation ruined by such a ridiculous issue, don't stay here.

    Enjoy the best rooftop in Barcelona with an incredible location that makes all the sites only a few steps away from your

    The location was excellent. We loved the rooftop. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

    This listing states that it has accommodations for up to six but really the couch does not fold out and there are beds for four people.
