    Good base for Cairns, Airport, rental cars.

    North Cairns is a 30-40 minute walk to the city. A 50-cent local public bus runs regularly past the property to town and back - sometimes delayed, so give yourself time. Uber or Taxi about $10. The room was spacious and fully appointed as an apartment. West facing is noisy, overlooking the main road, but with mountain views. East facing over the carpark, views higher up.

    Clean, comfortable and spacious for two of us with everything we needed. Good kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Close to airport.

    Not much in the way of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. There is a pub and we enjoyed a meal at a small Thai restaurant but in hindsight we probably should have stayed somewhere closer in to the city centre as we didn’t have a car.

    Nice unit, comfortable lounge and bed, well equipped kitchen.

    Didn't feel safe. Security screens to patio did not have key locking, main entry door is a very basic push in lock - totally not secure.

    A comfortable home away from home

    This property is light, bright, super clean and beautifully appointed. It’s roomy and feels like a home away from home. It’s ideally situated on Sheridan Street which is a main route for public transport into the city area.

    Nothing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
