Great spot, clean and comfortable.
Located in a great spot with sea views.
No air conditioning Hot water system kept playing up and would burn you as cold water just stopped.

Great views and location
It was very central and close to my family, who live in Port Macquarie. Very clean, and the views from the balcony were exceptional.
The unit had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. It was ok when windows were open, but when all closed, you could smell it. I think it might come in through the bathroom vent.

Car parking an issue as car didn't fit in either of the 2 designated garages & limited outside parking, got parked in by a car which parked in a no parking zone.

Well equiped kitchen and cooking facilities. Spacious and comfort. We were there for the Ironman and met all requirement for our competitor
Car parking was limited as The garage was difficult to enter as we had a ute
