    Clean, secure and comfortable place close to buses, shopping centre, library 👌 Fit for purpose for my stay. Enjoyed my time here. Excellent host, responsive and helped me with all of my queries. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended my stay here.

    For my purposes during my stay, the location was perfect. I didn't have a vehicle so being within a short walking distance to the bowling club and shopping centre was very handy. For a single or couple, I would recommend this unit without question.

    No hot water to the laundry sink. This was only minor but the rest of the unit was very good and comfortable.

    overall good locality and value for money

    easy to locate, easy to get public transport and food Mall close by for ample shopping Parking inside the property was a bonus Safety was well taken care of with locked gate Nunung was very approachable and ready to help anytime

    master bedroom was very small , there is no exhaust fan in the toilet Wardrobes , kitchen cabinets and cookware are aged
