Good location Very nice breakfast at hotel
Hand shower in bathroom over weird tub, difficult to use. Coffee maker only makes one size. Mattresses very firm.

Excellent value for a high class experience.
Location was great for access to all old town. Breakfast was amazing, with staff keeping the huge variety fully stocked all the time. The only complaint might be only instant coffee in the room..

The best value in a perfect location we could find over the years of visiting Prague.
Location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A/C that works - priceless asset in today's hot climate. Excellent breakfast with great service. One waiter in particular, Jazaria, (we though she was the manager of the breakfast room) was so professional, intelligent, and clearly guiding her other colleagues, that we took down her name to thank her personally in a review. Such employees can leave lasting positive impression of the whole hotel on guests.
A fan in the bathroom and thicker blackout curtains would make the rooms even more comfortable. Towel drier was available but turned off in one room, and non existent in another. Those are very small issues, and we would not even mention them if not prompted.
