kind of expensive for the type of rooms i saw. felt like a motel 6
the location was solid, lots of things nearby to do and about a 30 minute trip from universal studios. The staff were responsive and did attempt to resolve my issues with the place by providing a new room even during the silver week holiday.
The room was not very clean, i dont think anyone has swept under the bed in a very long time. The bed and curtains were stained, the room with the futons had 5 or so of them in the closet, and all of them but one were stained. There were 4 air conditioners in my unit, and 2 of them worked the same unit leaving one of the rooms completely without ac. this was also one of the most expensive places i stayed during my trip.

דירה נהדרת וענקית עבור זוג עם שני ילדים במחיר מציאה! הכל היה ברור בכניסה והתבצע דרך האתר ולא מול מענה אנושי. היה מספיק ציוד ומאוד נוח השימוש במטבח, המיטות היו נוחות. קרוב מאוד לאקווריום ולגלגל ענק (10 דק הליכה), וקרוב למי שהולך ליוניברסל.
כלום היה מעולה. חשוב לדעת שזה רחוק ממרכז אוסקה, ודרושה נסיעה של כעשרים דק לאזור נמבה, דוטונבורי והאזור.

平日でしたからか駐車場も無料でとめることができました。タオルとかもしっかり用意して頂き良いと思いました。
トイレのカギがしっかり固定できてなかった。

Very happy with this stay!
The property was lovely and comfortable the facilities were excellent.
It was a little too far from where we wanted to go although easily accessible by uber.
