Absolutely wonderful, a real treat.
Absolutely beautiful hotel, rooms were immaculate and spacious. Could have lived in the bathroom alone, it was that big. While the premise of being designed to look like Italy sounded tacky to me, it’s in fact absolutely stunning and a totally immersive experience. As a family who usually holiday on a basic budget, this was a real dream and a total treat. The facilities were fantastic, the beach pool was stunning and had we not booked to make the most of the park passes, we could have happily spent all day there. Express passes are an exceptional and cost effective bonus. If you’re planning a trip to Universal, I could not recommend this hotel more. It’s an incredibly special experience that we will cherish forever.

Over-priced, dated and tired. Needs some attention.
The hotel had lovely facilities and was set in a pretty location. All grounds/paths/pool areas were kept clean and tidy.
Very expensive. Room was dated, bed linen and curtains frayed, room had not been thoroughly vacuumed and shower barely got hotter than “warm”.
