    Good

    A stroll to the beach, and the supermarket about a kilometers drive. The presentation of the small house was impressive and well built.

    The property was listed as having two (2) bathrooms- there was only one. False advertising. A shower in the small courtyard off the front bedroom, doesn't count as a bathroom. It is designed to remove sand from the body after visiting the beach. A faulty igniter on the BBQ only works occasionally. Bedrooms and bathroom rather small.
