We enjoyed Florence, sure was hot outside this time of year August!

The whole apartment was clean , the coffee maker& poss was a welcome surprise, the guys offered to change a previously damaged toilet seat in the middle of our stay, but we declined, hopefully the cracked master toilet seat was changed before the next occupancy!

The stairs & lack of the intermittent hot water were our negatives
