    Exceptional

    Fabulous location, nice layout, overall a great place. Good kitchen equipment. Great parking and ease of access into the city. Pretty quiet neighborhood.

    Chairs in the dining room were a bit worn and didn't seem very sturdy, some other signs of wear. Just needs a little facelift.

    Overall, we had a great stay. A few minor adjustments and my rating would be a 10/10.

    We appreciated having the whole house and driveway to ourselves. It was spacious and gave us room to spread out. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, and there were plenty of towels for all of us.

    Some extra dusting and removal of spiderwebs would have helped us feel more comfortable. I would also recommend matching sheet sets in the bedrooms and some new pans in the kitchen as the mis-matched stuff and damaged pans were clearly very old and didn't feel as clean as most visitors would like.
