Excellent value for money, would definitely stay again.
Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast and staff were brilliant.

Picturesque but somewhat uncomfortable accommodation
Pretty house in a pretty area with generous breakfast.
Unfortunately our first impression was not good - we arrived later than we would have liked (about 6:45 pm) to a completely empty and dark house - a sign on the door asked us to call but we have tourist e-sims that don’t allow calls - we’d had absolutely zero messages before our arrival - we could have explained prior and asked for a key to be left somewhere. I note other reviews also mention this. We had a local dinner reservation so it was all a bit stressful. The next day the hosts were friendly and pleasant but by then we were a bit past it. The room was tiny and the bathroom even smaller. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV was not ‘smart’ so there was not even a bit of diversion available. Particularly annoying, the listing advertises ‘electric car charging’ but there is none - we were almost out of km and barely made it to a charger the next day - this sort of false advertising is very annoying. The breakfast was a good “full English” which unfortunately did not suit my digestion and I felt quite unwell for the rest of the day.

Lovely stay, thoroughly enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast and lovely hosts
The breakfast was very good. The owners were extremely friendly and we enjoyed a drink in their little bar and met other guests. The pub down the road was a good recommendation for an evening meal.
The en-suite was very small and difficult to move around in but I appreciate due to the size of the room that’s what they could fit in. That said great to have an en-suite.
