  Being held responsible for a damaged cabinet door. Which was prior damaged. Have time stamped photos of door within minutes of arrival

  Tolles Haus, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

  Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, was für unsere Reisegruppe optimal ist. Auch der Außenbereich um den Pool ist groß. Vor dem Haus ist genug Platz für drei große 12/15-Sitzer Vans und ein PKW. Insgesamt ist das Haus in einem guten Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief gut, nur hier und da etwas holprig, aber am Ende wurden unsere Anliegen alle bearbeitet.

  Wir hatten das Haus 2024 schon mal gebucht. Leider ist seitdem der Preis sehr stark gestiegen. Daher ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr optimal.

  Fantastic place. Needs maintenance.

  The house is beautiful and spacious, and we were very comfortable. The rooms are large, and it's fantastic that each one has its own bathroom. The location is also good and quiet. The house doesn't have a covered garage; however, there is a very large parking area, enough for three large 15-person vans. The door staff is extremely friendly and helpful, very good and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, except for a few maintenance issues we encountered. Renata was proactive in resolving the problems we had, although most could have been avoided with better supervision before our arrival.

  This was a major drawback: - We arrived to find the heating wasn't working on the coldest winter days. We arrived on a Wednesday, and the problem wasn't resolved until Saturday, after many complaints to Renata. This is unacceptable, especially since I asked several times before arriving if the heating and appliances were working properly. Some family members got sick because of how cold the rooms were. - They asked for a $500 USD deposit (outside booking.com platform), but without mentioning any pre-existing damage to the furniture, appliances, etc. This was very stressful because the house has a lot of worn/damaged furniture and equipment, and we had to report all of this to avoid having it deducted from the deposit. We were tourists, not house inspectors; this could have been avoided if they had told us about the pre-existing damage. - We informed them that we would be 25 people well before arriving, but there weren't enough pots suitable for cooking for so many people. Renata was proactive in quickly getting a larger pot. - Other maintenance issues we informed were promptly fixed.
