    It is an apartment in a residential complex. The apartment is spacious and has a well equipped living area. Coffee and water was provided, wine not in my case. The apartment was fairly clean except from a red stain at the wall near the kitchen area which was a bit irritating. Downtown is in a 15-minute walking distance.

    I never saw the landlord of this place. He helped with storing my luggage after check-out in a storage room but otherwise, communication was complicated. Two things really annoy me and cause the bad rating: first, the landlord asked me after I left to rate the place only with 9 or 10 and to give him personal feedback otherwise. That’s a no-go because I expect that every rating reflects a fair evaluation of the places I search for with booking.com. Second, I was on a business trip and asked the landlord three times to send me an invoice for my stay. He ignored my request. Next, I called booking and asked them to organize the invoice for my accommodation. They sent messages to the landlord, they called the landlord and the landlord promised to do it but until today, which is about 3 months after my stay, I have not received the invoice, yet. This is very important for me to get reimbursed and it's extremely annoying to write and call the landlord and booking numerous times in order to get something which you would get from any other place without even asking for it.
