The apartment is nice.
Check in was expected to be done at 3pm - at 2:30pm I contacted the property to ask about the instructions and was informed that it was delayed due to some cleaning issues. I asked for the estimative and it was not provided, the person was rude, informing that would let me know when done. Check in was only possible at 4:30pm - we had to wait on the street until that.

Tudo bom.
