    Didn't stay, will never again.

    Nothing. The only positive was not being penalised for the cancellation AND being contacted by booking.com. I appreciated the call and was more than happy with the replacement motel I found up the road.

    Everything. The exterior is extremely rundown (we've stayed a number of times previously) and looks completely uncared for. The staff: When I arrived I advised the receptionist that I did not have a physical credit card. She was very aggressive about their policy and the fact that she required a $150 damages deposit (seriously, I'm in my late 60s, what is she expecting). In the end, I argued back and she said I could no longer stay there. She contacted bookings.com and cancelled my booking.

    In need of an update

    Location was great for our visit.

    Place is tired, updated kitchenette facilities like a toaster and microwave like advertised.
